Omg! Disturbing video of 9 year old boy caught on camera trying to rape grown woman

Chinese news media just released footage from a recent attack. According to the local press, a 9-year-old boy tried to rape a teenage girl. The media claims that the boy was "overcome" with emotions and tried to attack the woman.

Luckily the young lady was able to fight off the boy attacker.

This is crazy. What would make a boy that young wanting to rape?
