According to the paper circulating online, Minister for Information Lai Mohammed wrote to Nigeria Broadcasting Comission asking for a Loan of N13.1m as logistics to enable him and his team travel to China to carry out an assignment which is in the interest of the nation.
This is coming few days after Nigeria was referred to as a fantastically corrupt country.
